The Princess Srinagarindra Award Foundation was established in commemoration of the Centenary Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness The Late Princess Srinagarindra Mahidol on October 21st , 2000 in recognition of her exemplary contribution toward progress and advancement in the field of Nursing and Social Services.
The primary purpose of the establishment of the Foundation is to confer the Princess Srinagarindra Award. The Foundation is under The Royal Patronage, with Her Royal Highness Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra as president from 2000 – 2007 and Her Royal Highness Princess maha chakri Sirindharn from 2008 to present.
